We are BAck and fully open and want to reassure you that we have put a number of safety measures in place across all of our showrooms to keep you safe. 

 

Here at D. M. Keith we want to reassure all of our customers old and new that we have implemented a number of safety measures across our sites to make sure that the safety of our staff and customers is paramount and still an enjoyable experience. 

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING - We have all of the social distancing measures in place across all of our showrooms.  With key pieces of signage both informational and directional it will be clear when you attend any of our showrooms where you need to go and remain safe during your visit to us.

 

PPE - All of Team Tartan have a range of PPE available to keep you and them safe.  Whether this is a mask / face covering, visors, gloves or sneeze screens we had made sure we have covered all the bases.  FACE MASKS or FACE COVERING - From the 24th July 2020 Masks / Face coverings became mandatory in all retailers, therefore we ask that before you enter any of our showrooms please make sure that you are wearing a mask or face covering (covering the nose, mouth and chin) to protect our staff and you & your family.

 

FLEXIBLE APPOINTMENTS - We know that some of our customers are still concerned about visiting our showrooms in person so we can offer all of our customers either phone call or video appointments.  Our team are on hand to video call across all popular platforms such as Zoom, Skype, Google hangouts and many more - the choice is yours!

 

HAND SANITISING - We have hand sanitising products across all customer touch points in our showrooms to make sure that we are germ free.

 

SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIMES & CLEANING - When customer do book an appointment in advance at any of our showrooms, we will make sure that we allow time in between appointment slots for cleaning to make sure all areas are clean and disinfected before our next customer.

 

PAPERLESS - We have made our transactional process a fully paperless experience to allow customers to purchase online or in person without the requirement for lots of paperwork to allow us to remain at a distance and safe at all times.

 

CONTACTLESS HANDOVER - Likewise with our paperless transactional process we can offer a full contactless handover of your new vehicle.  Our team will still take you through all of the key characteristics and model specifications but maintain a safe distance.  We can also supply a handover video with all of the key information you require - just ask a member of our team prior to handover.
