We have created a range of new Earth Dreams Technology engines to give our latest Civic the sporty performance to match its advanced looks. You can choose between two refined turbocharged petrol engines: a powerful 182PS 1.5 VTEC or an efficient 129PS 1.0 VTEC.
DTEC
No need to sacrifice power for economy. This 1.6 litre i-DTEC diesel engine produces 120 PS and 300 Nm torque for a dynamic driving experience. Earth Dreams Technology means performance and economy are combined with emissions of 93 CO₂(g/km)
CVT
Having decided on your engine, next you need to choose your transmission. On the petrol models you can specify either a precise 6 speed manual or a responsive 7 speed CVT automatic, or you may prefer the 6 speed manual diesel option.
