We are recruiting for an Apprentice Service advisor to join the team at Leeds. You will work alongside three accredited Service Advisors and reporting to the Service Manager.

Are you passionate about providing excellent Customer Service?

A Service advisor is the first point of contact customers meet when booking in their vehicles or picking them up.

Are you able able to communicate in a knowedgeable and professional manner?

A Service Advisor works directly with customers, booking in services for their vehicles. They may also inform the customer of any additional repairs that may be needed. The role would include handling the resolution of any customer issues, the administration of the service books and works carried out.

The role would include:

  • Interpreting the customers needs and requirements.
  • Addressing any concerns and questions
  • Liasing with technicians and the customers regarding any additional works required
  • Estimating time and cost associated with repairs
  • Processing the administration and payment of the works carried out.

A full Apprenticeship Programme will be provided both internally and externally by a reputable Apprenticeship Provider.
