Are you passionate about providing excellent Customer Service?

As a Service Advisor apprentice, you’ll be the first connection point with our customers. It will be your job to deliver a excellent customer service. The basics of customer service should be met consistently, and you should understand and exceed customer expectations.

You’ll need clear and up-to-date knowledge of ŠKODA products and services and be able to communicate with a range of people from customers to the ŠKODA team.

You’ll deal directly with customers, scheduling service work to their vehicles and informing them of any additional repairs required.

You will handle administrative and customer relations aspects of service department operations.

The role would include:

  • Interpreting the customers needs and requirements.
  • Addressing any concerns and questions
  • Liaising with technicians and the customers regarding any additional works required
  • Estimating time and cost associated with repairs.
  • Processing the administration and payment of the works carried out.

To be a ŠKODA Service Advisor Apprentice, you will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey. For ŠKODA this is a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) English, Maths and Science Grades 9 - 4 (A - C). You’ll need to be both optimistic and enthusiastic and show your passion for people. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate their capacity to build relationships, problem solve and have the confidence to negotiate to get the best possible outcome. Working hours Year 1 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday Year 2 and onwards Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Alternate Saturdays 8.30am - 12.30pm
