We are looking for an IT Support Assistant, to be based from Leeds, supporting our existing
stand-alone IT Engineer. The role will involve maintaining the infrastructure/network for a user community of c. 250
22 days holiday / pro rata entitlement for part time
Entitlement to join the Employee car scheme – after a qualifying period
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Driving Licence Required?
The IT Help Desk is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. The role of the IT Assistant is to provide first line IT support for all employees.
The candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents which occur in operating systems and across a range of software applications
You will configure and install new IT equipment
You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment providing services over the phone, through e-mail, remotely and in person.
You will have 1st line support experience in Windows 7, 10, Office 2010/16, Active Directory and MS Exchange
