From the comfort of your own home, simply choose your new car, configure your finance quote and then apply for finance selecting Click and Collect in the checkout delivery option. Alternatively you can pay in full or reserve your vehicle and discuss your collection option with one of our team who will be in touch after you have placed your order.

DIGITAL SALES
Our sales teams will be closed physically but open digitally. We’ll be able to assist you over the phone, via email and digitally through platforms such as Zoom to give you a COVID safe experience. For peace of mind we will also be introducing a contactless click & collect service.
SERVICE & PARTS

Our Service and Parts departments will be functioning as normal as possible, and “Covid-Safe”.

Coronavirus Lockdown. We Are All In This Together Again!

Our family and your family, we are in this together again! So, following the Government announcement of a new lockdown from Thursday, 5th November, we have put a number of prepared plans into action to ensure that we continue to let our family business look after you and your car. We will play our part in keeping our customers as our top priority and doing all we can. We will be working, as we have so far, to ensure we operate within the Government guidance to protect you and our staff.

Fully Open until Wednesday 4th November in All Departments

We will be fully open until Wednesday evening the 4th November in all departments. If you have a car “on order” we will do our best to deliver this before the 4th as normal. If we need to deliver after this date, we can do this using a “Covid-Safe” click and collect system. This will be outside, using social distancing measures and fully sanitising the car and keys.

Service, MOT Repairs and Parts Sales

Our Service, Parts and Body Repair departments will be functioning as normal as possible, as we have been for some months now. We have developed “Covid-Safe” ways of working and we have special arrangements to help those who are self-isolating, caring for others, or NHS front line staff. You don’t even need to leave the safety of your own home if you wish, as we have increased our capacity of collections and deliveries. If you are vulnerable or on the NHS frontline, we’ll give you priority and come to you. Check out our “Covid-Safe” video here.

Sales of New and Pre-Owned Cars

From the 5th November our Sales of new and used cars will move to be online, or on the phone. Our showrooms and displays of pre-owned cars will be closed to the public in line with Government rules.

However, our teams will be in the dealerships to talk to you on the phone or use video calls like ZOOM or Wildix Video Call. They can send you pictures, and you can personally request videos to give you all the information you may need. We have also invested in our website so that you are able to buy a car completely online if you prefer. We have also invested in systems that allow us to look after all the paperwork entirely without paper! So, E-documents and E-Signatures are the “new normal”.

The vehicle handover has been developed to be “Covid-Safe” in an area outside as a “click and collect” service using fully social distancing arrangements. We can also deliver your car and sanitise it, ensuring “Covid-Safe” process. So while there’ll be no handshakes it will still be service with that D. M. Keith smile (under a mask!).


Open in all Departments To Support Our Customers

So, while our showrooms are closed, we are fully set up in a “Covid-Safe” way to sell and deliver new and pre-owned cars, and carry out all the normal servicing, repairs, MOT and accident damage, in support of all our customers.

Tackling Covid-19 is a substantial national effort and we will do our very small part to do the right thing but keep calm and carry on. We wish you and your family safe passage through the continuing pandemic emergency.
