Škoda UK held its annual ‘Retailer of the Year’ awards at the end of March, awarding retailers across the country for their successes in 2022. The awards are split into nine key categories, ranging from customer experience to finance and digital experience. We are proud to announce that our Škoda Grimsby dealership scored excellently, taking home two 1st-place awards and being ranked the 2nd Overall Retailer of the Year! 

Competition was fierce, with 131 retailers across the UK and Northern Ireland included in the rankings. D. M. Keith Škoda Grimsby was the overall Sales Scorecard winner, being told by Škoda UK that ‘their entire salesforce remain the team to beat’!  

1. M. Keith Škoda Grimsby was also the winner of the People Excellence Award. This award recognises the continuous training, development and accreditation process with Škoda UK. It’s important to us that our team have the opportunity to develop and keep learning, so we are incredibly proud to have won this award! 

The top award of the night was ‘Retailer of The Year’, based on consistently excellent performance throughout the year, taking into account sales, aftersales and customer satisfaction. D. M. Keith Škoda Grimsby was awarded 2nd place in this category; a fantastic achievement by the team.
