Application for a Permit

D. M. Keith Body Shop has applied to Leeds City Council for a permit to operate an installation for the respraying of vehicles at Unit 2, National Road, LS10 1TE.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment. The application has been placed on the public register held at Environmental Action Services, Seacroft Ring Road Depot, Leeds, LS14 1NZ and can be inspected free of charge between 9 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday, by prior arrangement. Any written comments on the application should be made to the Chief Officer Environmental Action at the above address within 14 days of the date of this advertisement.

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
