Subaru Crowned ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ – Again!

Subaru has been crowned ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ in the 2025 Auto Express Driver Power survey - for the second year running! That’s right, the brand has defended its title and come out on top once again, beating over 30 other manufacturers and dominating seven out of ten key scoring categories.

The Auto Express Driver Power Survey is one of the UK’s most respected studies of vehicle satisfaction, and what makes it so trusted is that it’s based entirely on real feedback from car owners.

Each year, the Driver Power Awards gather thousands of responses from UK drivers who rate their vehicles on things that really matter: reliability, build quality, practicality, safety features, value for money, and the overall ownership experience.

This year, Subaru came out on top among more than 30 other manufacturers. It's a huge honour, especially because the results are based solely on what drivers think, not magazine editors or industry insiders.
