The BYD Dolphin Surf offers an accessible and practical option for those seeking an efficient electric hatchback. Its automatic transmission ensures a smooth drive, while the versatile boot space-ranging from 308 to 1,037 litres-makes it suitable for daily routines as well as occasional larger loads. With a focus on comfort and convenience, the manually adjustable seats, front centre armrest with cupholders, and vegan leather multi-function steering wheel contribute to an enjoyable driving environment. Finished in metallic polar night black, this hatchback features 15-inch steel wheels and practical details such as privacy glass for the rear windscreen. The interior is complemented by LED front reading lights, velour floor mats, and split folding rear seats, allowing for adaptable space as needed. Exterior design is enhanced by halogen headlights with automatic on-off functionality, LED daytime running lights, and LED taillights, providing both style and visibility. A comprehensive suite of driver aids and safety features are present, including adaptive cruise control, intelligent cruise control, lane departure assistant, automatic emergency braking, and forward collision warning. The rear camera, rear parking sensors, and intelligent high beam control assist with everyday manoeuvring, while ISOFIX and i-Size compatibility cater to those travelling with children. Additional safety measures include multiple airbags, electronic immobiliser, anti-lock braking system, and traction control. Modern technology is well integrated, with a 10.1-inch electrically rotatable touchscreen, 7-inch digital instrument panel, DAB Plus and FM radio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and onboard 4G connectivity. Keyless entry, the BYD digital key, intelligent voice control, and navigation further support convenience.
