THE FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY (FCA)

The FCA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. This document is designed by the FCA to be given to consumers considering buying certain financial products. You need to read this important document. It explains the service you are being offered. Please use this information to decide if our services are right for you.

WHOSE PRODUCTS DO WE OFFER?

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes the manufacturer’s finance company. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice.

Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer’s finance company. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to make an offer of finance for you.

We are not an independent financial advisor. We will provide details of products available from the lenders we work with, but you must decide whether the finance product is right for you. If you request it, we can provide a list of lenders we work with.

We offer a limited number of insurance products (Tyre & Alloy Wheel Insurance, Tyre insurance, Cosmetic Insurance, and Asset Protection, each from a single insurer.

WHICH SERVICES WILL WE PROVIDE YOU WITH?

We will advise and make a recommendation for you on insurance products after we have assessed your eligibility for the insurance products we offer. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

We will advise and make a recommendation for you from the finance products we offer, after we have assessed your needs.

WHAT WILL YOU HAVE TO PAY US FOR OUR SERVICES?

No fee is payable by you for our services.

Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and the manufacturer’s finance companies also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. We are transparent in all our dealings and if you would like to know how much commission we will earn for arranging your finance then please ask your Sales Executive.

If you take out an insurance product we recommend to you, we will make a margin on the sale of that product from the price paid by you.
